Description of Duties: Welcomes and greets participants. Accurately gets necessary data and information from new and existing participants. Provides accurate information on the rules of the food distribution and MEND’s programs. Reviews participants dashboard to ensure participants are following rules, informs participants if rules are broken.
Impact: Plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all staff, participants and visitors that come to MEND.
Specific Responsibilities: Assists in collecting accurate data and demographics from new and existing participants.
Skills/Experience/Resources/Certifications Needed: Experience in working with a large volume of people. Must be reliable and have a good problem-solving ability. Good written and verbal skills. Must be bilingual English/Spanish or English/Armenian.
Dress Code: Business Casual. NO shorts, tank tops, and open-toed shoes.
Time Commitment: Wednesday and/or Friday 8:30am-12:30pm.
Covid-19 Vaccination and Masking: Regardless of vaccination status, masking is optional. MEND will continue to provide masks for volunteers.
