Description of Duties: Stuffing envelopes with invitations and RSVP cards
Impact: Donor/prospect outreach for signature annual fundraiser
Specific Responsibilities: Between 300-500 envelopes will need to be stuffed, in total, to send out event invitations during the first and second weeks of September.
Skills/Experience/Resources/Certifications Needed: Ability to be mindful in the inclusion of all mailer materials, dexterity required to hold and stuff small envelopes, ability to work comfortably while seated for at least an hour at a time.
Dress Code: Casual (appropriate jeans and t-shirt are okay)
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours on Wednesday, 8/28, and/or Thursday, 8/29 (I will likely need volunteers to assist on both days, but will have a better sense of Thursday needs after the end of the Wednesday volunteer shift.
